Last weekend Samantha joined thousands of other women in the UK for the Cancer “Race for Life” charity run/walk event.  She reports that her and her friends had a lot of fun and really enjoyed the event.  They completed the 5K in 48 minutes, and  she raised 430 pounds (about $645) for the charity from [...]

Today  I (Mick) joined 519 other people from 78 countries at the Tampa Convention Center,  took the Oath of Allegiance and became an American Citizen.  The ceremony started with us registering and surrendering our Green Cards (goodbye old friend).  Followed by a short video  "Faces of America" , then the National Anthem.  The Assembly [...]
