This recent NASA photo shows England, Wales, and Scotland completely covered in snow. It’s a really nice photo but can’t be very nice for people on the ground!
Reminds me of the winter of 1962-1963 which was the one of the worst in recorded history.

Easy Rider – Movie Blast From The Past

This classic counter culture film from 1969 does not bear the test of time very well. Peter Fonda & Jack Nicholson’s performances stand out, not quite sure why Hopper’s directing got such good reviews originally. But its worth watching just to hear the great soundtrack in context.
