This is one reason it is so difficult to get a short sale deal completed, there is loads of money to be made by some banks…………..with no risk!  Who pays?  We do,  with higher bank fees to pay for FDIC insurance.  The fact that there is a Goldman Sachs VP involved (benefits) does not help the conspiracy theory that Goldman alumni get a free pass from their government connections.  Watch this video The Indy Mac Slap in Our Face.
