Someone I Know emailed me last week about Imperia Invest IBC, asking if I thought it was a scam. Apparently a lot of people are signing up for the program.
Here are my thought:
1. The web site is in broken English (remember the Nigerian diplomat scam?)
2. No contact phone numbers, address appears to be a drop [...]
