We are doing research on the best rewards credit card for travelers.  Most credit cards charge a 3% currency exchange fee for purchases made abroad on top of their other fees.  Capitol One appears to have a range of cards that do not charge any fee for foreign exchange and have a generous rewards program.  We have been using the Marriott Rewards card for years but they charge the 3%.  We will update in about a week.
