Comcast Gets Hammered For Bad Service

Mona Shaw , a 75 year old lady who placed an order with Comcast to help her with her phone service couldn’t take it any more .  She she was fed up with the support  she was getting.  First, no one turned up. Two days later, Comcast engineers turned up, completed half  the job and left . So she goes to the Comcast offices and they ask her to wait and  say she will get support in an hour from the manager. Tick, tick, tick goes the clock, two hours pass by as she sits outside in the  August sun (75 years old remember), then the support person leans out  and says that the manager had gone for the day.

So, after stewing over it all weekend, on the following Monday, she went downstairs, got her husbands  claw hammer and said: "C’mon, honey, we’re going to Comcast."

Hammer time: Shaw storms in the company’s office. BAM! She whacks the keyboard of the customer service rep. BAM! Down goes the monitor. BAM! She totals the telephone. People scatter, scream, cops show up and what does she do? POW! A parting shot to the phone!

Then the police turn up……………

Obviously the boomer cannot condone this type of violence….but in this case who am I kidding…YOU GO GIRL !
