Tropical Storm Noel forced Azamara Quest to divert to Tampa from its end of cruise destination of Miami. The Azamara Quest arrived in Tampa this morning. Passengers are being bused both ways between the ports. Numerous other cruise lines are altering their ships schedules to avoid the storm.
